Dogs Trust (Bridgend) Open Day

Bridgend Dogs Trust are holding a fun day at Margam Park, Prot Talbot. 4 July 2010, 10am till 4pm.

We will be there with a stall, raising awareness and educating people on puppy farming.

Any offer of help is very much appreciated or even if you intend to visit for a fun day out, please come and say hello to us.

We look forward to speaking to many of you there  :hello:

I might be able to help out at this event ... not got anything planned yet for that Sunday.   :yes:

Hi Dani,

I'm really sorry ... was just checking dates and have realised that this is the one weekend in July that I am doing things both Saturday AND Sunday.  Will try to help out at one of the other events ... having a quick look now.  So sorry.

No problem, this is only a one day even so Im sure there will be plenty of help. The event we need as much help as poss for is the week after, 9,10 and 11 July in Bridgend Show.

Theres a sepearate thread for that

How did the stall go? I was doing a stall at the vets for animal rights, went good..until it rained grr! sold a couple of puppy love keyrings..sorry its not much xx

Our day went ok, not great.

Gaynor was too ill to come so I dragged my dad along last minute. I sold a couple of stickers but nothing much.

It was bit of a nightmare really, Gaynor was taking her car so we could fit everything in but as she didnt go, I only have a little Mini, so I could only take a table, gazebo and some posters, leaflets etc

Noone really came over to chat to me either, it was more of a family 'fun' day so everyone was wrapped up in that. A few people did look at the posters as they passed, so as least its there in a few peoples minds.
